It is ideally situated by Lymington Harbour’s scenic waterfront and has its own off road car parking space for one. The cottage is now ‘upside down’ to fully appreciate its position. It is double glazed, gas central heated, 1080 sq ft in size, well equipped and comfortably furnished.
LIVING AREA is light, airy and spacious with wide French doors leading onto the balcony with its vibrant views. In the living area find 2 sofas, a large round dining table with chairs (seats 5 comfortably), 2 coffee tables, Smart TV and DVD player and unlimited WiFi internet.

BALCONY: see Lymington Town Sailing Club, the river, masts, ferries, boats, the Isle of Wight on the horizon beyond The Solent, sailors tinkering with their boats in the adjacent car/boat park, the sea water bath and walkers following the stunning coastal walk through the Lymington/Keyhaven Nature Reserve: a bird lover’s paradise.

THE NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK with wild ponies, cattle, donkeys, deer and gorgeous walks/rides is a short drive away.
THE SEA: MILFORD-ON-SEA is the nearest beach. Highcliffe, Mudeford, Boscombe, Southbourne and Bournemouth beaches a bit further away and well worth visiting.
